Itinerary - We will start by getting accustomed to the ATVs and learning how to operate them safely. We will then head directly to the secret trails, looking for wild horses and water buffalo. There are sprawling views of Dalat and the forest with wild orchids, rare birds, and spectacular city and Langbiang views. This will be our first location to take photos and videos of the countryside. Next, we continue through local strawberry, artichoke, coffee, green tea, bell pepper, banana, and vegetable farms. During the rainy season, we will go through some mud and streams, so wear sporty clothing and closed-toed shoes. We will then drive on mountain ridges to the highest peak and enjoy 360-degree views of the Golden Valley and Lakes. We can then take the lake drive back or go through the Dalat pine forest past buffalo pools. We will finish with a drink of your choice at my resort.

Itinerary - We will start at my resort, about 12 minutes from Dalat's
city center, and get acquainted with an ATV, dirt bike, or scooter of your choice.
Boots, helmet, gloves, and gear will be provided. I will give a detailed itinerary
of the day's plans, stops, and landmarks we will visit. We will then proceed
to hidden Dalat mountain trails, including lakes and rivers, and backcountry roads.
There will be plenty of photo opportunities with water buffalo, wild horses,
breathtaking views and landscapes, and group photos with the team.
We will drive near coffee and tea plantations, strawberry farms, greenhouses filled
with flowers, fields of lettuce, and local crops, and enjoy endless valley and Highland
views. Afterward, we will have an easy ride back through hidden trails and backroads
only known by locals and farmers. All guests will be asked about their riding skill
level beforehand and given time to become accustomed to their vehicle. There are
trails and roads rated for beginners up to advanced. ATV and dirt bike trails will
provide different experiences, as one can go where the other cannot. All trails are
based on weather conditions. You can also choose to ride with a guide if you feel
more comfortable.

Itinerary
1. Ride to the Central Highlands Coffee Plantation on a scooter of your choice or in a car.
2. Learn a brief history of coffee in Vietnam, including its origin, special varieties, agricultural techniques, and harvesting.
3. Harvest a specialty Arabica coffee in a pine forest surrounded by wild orchids, mushrooms, edible bamboo, streams, rivers, and citrus trees.
4. Swim in a cool, crisp, and clean river and waterfall where we can fish for trout to cook for lunch.
5. Forage for jungle vegetables, ginseng, herbs, and chilies to prepare for the included lunch.
6. Watch the farmers cook lunch depending on your preferences; fish, chicken, vegetarian, or vegan meals are available.
7. Hand-roast the freshly picked coffee and enjoy a free cup of Organic Arabica slow drip.
8. Return to Dalat through the country roads with endless views and opportunities to take photos and videos along the way.
We will start with a traditional Vietnamese egg Banh Mi and an orientation at my resort
in Dalat. I will explain the different attractions and hidden waterfalls we will explore,
beginning with a visit to Dalat's famous Buddhist Temple (Linh Phuoc Pagoda) where you can
see the Flower Buddha and colorful tiled worship rooms. Afterward, we will have a chance to
drive past coffee and banana plantations and enjoy homegrown sugarcane juice, "Nuoc Mia".
From there, we will head up the Khanh Le Pass from Dalat to Nha Trang, stopping at hidden
waterfalls with epic jungle, river, forest, and ocean landscapes. Traversing through five
microclimates on scooters or motorbikes, we will ride through ethnic minority villages,
see local fruit, vegetables, and endless farms. After the mountains (depending on the season),
we will stop at rice paddies and see the growing/harvesting process. We will arrive in Nha
Trang shortly after. We can begin or end the tour in Dalat or Nha Trang; please specify which
city you would like to start in.
